first time my wound got infection.

first time.

got pus from it.

just because I never do proper cleaning.

I'm frustrated.

but nvm.

I ain't that fragile.

Small wound wouldn't kill me.

but it's on the knee.

initially it was so pain when walking down the stairs.

as time goes, the wound closes.

so actually not much pain.

it was actually quite deep and it has the shape of a zip.

kneeling onto the manikin zip when doing AED.

how stupid can it be.

ANYWAY I PASSED MY AED COURSE!

the pract was chicken feet actually.

but theory is like, some question if I never study nursing, I can't possibly remember the answer.

stuffs like asytole, myocardial infarct, sinus rhythm, etc.

nv go with the people who knows you're taking nursing.

cause they purposely call you "missy! missy!" in the class, until the instructor also know.

hahas.

how stupid can it be volunteering at Standard Charted Marathon's duty today.

kena deployed near to the ending point.

all people left when their stations cleared.

but mine is at the 32km marking.

imagine how many ppl are walking after the U-turn (20 plus km).

some stand down at 9 plus.

my partner and I stand down at 11plus.

the worse is that your partner is not communicating well with u.

I'm doing the talking everytime, asking her question, trying to keep the atmosphere 'up'.

like entertainer.

inside me, I felt like sleeping all the way!

we reached ECP at 4am.

from there we're left to ROT can!

but I guess young girl bah.

don't really like to talk.

she's alright actually.

young girl is really young girl.

she caught a caterpillar and place it in a cup.

catch another insect.

put it together and let it fight.

and the caterpillar DIE!

it was very disgusting.

but without her, I guess I couldn't make calls to the medical team.

cause kaili phone also low batt at around 8 plus.

where a few more casualty needs emergency attention.

came to realised, there's more guys participating than girls.

but nvm, I did attend to some really SUAI guys lor.

still worthwhile lar.

but no one made the call to the medical team.

except my group.

and the best thing is I'm the only Yr 2 there.

other 3 are Yr 1.

all callings depends on me.

but my phone was low batt.

so I exchange SIM card with kaili at night before set off.

my phone went flat when celebrating Daph's bday.

and having to reach NP alone without a phone is SCARY!

after numerous sms-es and calling it went flat.

so I have to exchange SIM with my partner.

where I can see her not really wiling to do so.

no choice.

lecturer got only my number.

and can't possibly ask me use her BILL to call the medical team right?

the first casualty I had is a lady with serious chest pain.

her face turn so pale that I was also gan chiong lor.

but the Yr 1 was even lost than me.

so I have called the medical team.

I don't wanna perfrom CPR! *scream in my heart*

around 10 mins after the call.

YA! 10mins!

imagine 10% for every min lost.

10mins.

she's gone by then.

from far I saw a medical vehicle stopped and someone walked (stroll) quite a distance to my station.

so I actually ran up and asked him.

me: "are you from the medical team?"

him: "yes. what happened?"

me: "there's a casualty there having chest pain over there."

him: "alive?"

me: "huh?" O_O

him: "aaallive?"

me: "ya. =_=" "

what the hell can!

of course the casualty is ALIVE!

if not I should be performing CPR on her already!

how professional is it.

nvm.

he attend to the patient.

he asked.

him: "so is the pain worse? or better? or the same?"

girl: "abit better"

him: "okay." *take pulse but not looking at watch*

girl: "is it possible that I go to the medical post or what?"

him: "hmm. the medical post was actually quite far. and the emergency vehicle is actually stucked in the mud"

THAT EXPLAINS WHY HE WALKED TO MY STATION!



girl: " -______- "

girl: " but can I walk there? "

him: "sure. I will accompany you."

FYI.

from my station to the medical post, it is 3.5KM away.

I hope the girl survived there WITH HIM.

another INTERESTING one.

a person is having breathing difficulties.

so again.

called the medical team to bring him ventolin.

waited so long that the man is so frustrated that he said he will go to the next station and wait.

we can't stop him.

so I called the medical team to inform.

they gave us 2 numbers.

the first number I called is NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE.

it's a HI! CARD.

shit.

this kind of situation use hi! card.

I bet the amount went low.

so I tried another number and got through.

but the person on the line seems so frustrated.

and in the end hang up so rudely.

NOT MY FAULT WHAT!

I can't keep the uncle from going off~



sometimes. it really takes time to understand a person. I saw what I don't want to see of that person yesterday. It makes me think twice now. or thrice?
