s Topic for today : Volunteering

The reason for delicating this particular song to you, readers, is because I heard this song twice when I was outside for only 4 hours. And also, it bring back memories and created new memories too. =)

I went to volunteer at the Giving Tree at Tampines today. Through what Vincent said is that it is the Singapore biggest volunteer exhibition. Volunteering is always fun. Not to mention the work we done, but is the spirit in us. Also, the things you learn, sweating all over might not be nice but sweating after doing some great work is always fulfilling and NICE..! =D

I have to thank Hui Ru for making an effort to donate the toys. Though some of my friends didn't donate, yet they have the heart is more than enough like Zhao, Eileen, Jin Ying and some others. I'm not saying that you must donate when I ask you about it. What I mean is why some people have soft toys to donate, yet they doesn't not want to make an effort to bring it down to Tampines or you can also choose to meet me somewhere and pass it to me.

Don't give me reasons like you are tired or lazy to bring it down. Well, if you have the heart to do it, why can't you just take a train or bus down to Tampines to do something meaningful. Some people still bring big bags of soft toys to the booth despite the time is quite late. Some is also disappointed when they know that today is the last day for collection.Will it waste so much of your time...?Well, I'm not targeting at anyone.But if I am, I'm sorry I'm just voicing my feelings. Just feeling ridiculous about it. You can enjoy your free time online, why not use the time to do something meaningful?

Like the donation of blood. Eileen Sim, the one who doesn't have common sense says something stupid. -laughters- ( not sarcatic hor )

Shoot: Oi~ Donate blood lei... U noe they need blood not?
Eileen: Huh? donate blood?! bu ke yi!!! (cannot!!!)
Shoot: Huh? Wei she mo? ( why?)
Eileen: My blood got too much oil. Cannot!!

See. This brainless woman gave me this stupid excuse.

I'm fine with the part of donating blood. Because many have phobia with needles. =P

It's really very wasted. If I don't fall sick this month, I might have the chance to donate blood. But everything is just so unlucky. I fall sick just 2 weeks before 31 Dec. =(

Okay. I have done with venting my anger. =)
