Well... I've learn a lesson... Never ask anyone to run up the stairs in a short time span.. Never conduct physical training using the stairs... Because all these can cause long term injuries.. Like mine, now climb stairs,walk for long distance or stand for a long time,my knee will pain like HELL... So friends, remember, do not use RUNNING up the stairs as an exercise... Walking would be fine... Although doing things fast is good, but working fast and safe at the same time would be better~... =O)
